The online Iowa Assessment and online CogAT are ordered through the University of Minnesota's learning.umn.edu. You will schedule your assessment(s) when ordering.

Ordering is a 4 step process

1. Go to the Registration and Ordering System: Go to Learning.umn.edu to get started.

2. Create a Guest Account: You will only have to do this the first time you use the University of Minnesota registration system. If you already have an account with UMN, proceed to Step 3. Follow these step-by-step instructions to create a guest account and family account.

3. Create a Family Account: This is required in order to register someone other than yourself (that is, your homeschool student). You will only have to do this the first time you are ordering an online assessment in our system. Follow these step-by-step instructions to create a guest account and family account. Please be sure to check out using the family account to ensure we have your contact information as well as details about the student(s) who will be testing.

4. Register your student for a testing session: If you have multiple students, you will be able to register each for the relevant testing session before checking out. Links to each currently available testing session are below. Or, follow these step-by-step registration instructions.
